Games from 2001 are at the edge of Win10 compatibility, but will generally run if they ran on Win7. The game has installed, but won't launch ? Are you using an older machine ? Laptop or desktop, and which brand and model ? Never liked having to stuff around with the disk.
I've used noCD fixes with all games since forever. Yes,the flight sims all have community patches with a noCD fix, so I thought the train sim would be similar.
